dc.description.abstractThe publication of this work consolidates two important partnerships established by FDV in the quest to extend its horizons beyond the debates held within the institution. An older one, since 2009 with the University Castilla-La Mancha, with a history strongly marked by the courses and exchanges of teachers and students, and another, with UNOESC, since 2012, connected to the fundamentally to postgraduate and the development of research and events related to their areas of concentration and lines of research, due to the thematic proximity, in the Fundamental Rights and Guarantees area. A natural and already existing, but not institutionalized, relationship between teachers of the two Graduate Programs (FDV and UNOESC) allowed the two institutions to which was already happening in practice.pt_BR
dc.description.resumopublicação dessa obra consolida duas importantes parcerias estabelecidas pela FDV na busca de alargar seus horizontes para além dos debates travados no interior da instituição. Uma mais antiga, desde 2009 com a Universidade Castilla-La Mancha, com um histórico fortemente marcado pela realização de cursos e intercâmbio de professores e alunos, e outra mais recente, com a UNOESC, desde 2012, conectada fundamentalmente à Pós Graduação e ao desenvolvimento de pesquisas e eventos vinculados às suas áreas de concentração e linhas de pesquisa, em razão da proximidade temática, na área dos Direitos e Garantias Fundamentais. Uma natural e já existente, porém não institucionalizada, relação entre docentes dos dois Programas de Pós Graduação (FDV e UNOESC) permitiu que as duas instituições apenas oficializassem aquilo que já acontecia na prática.pt_BR
