Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate how programmers, developers, manufacturers and drivers of semi-autonomous systems must be guided when they design, develop and use this technology, to guarantee compliance with the fundamental duty of traffic safety, in the absence of specific regulations. on the theme and the open nature of the constitutional text. To this end, the topic involving autonomous vehicles and their levels of automation will be addressed; relevant aspects of the fundamental duties, in addition to the fundamental duty of traffic safety, and will address the issue of semi-autonomous vehicles and the need to comply with the fundamental duty of traffic safety.
