dc.description.abstractThe theme of this writing, touching on literary writing, aims to present a reflection on contemporary society, affected by scientific advances in the technological area, prioritizing the issue of language. For the research, the phenomenological, hypothetical-deductive method is used, with a technical and bibliographical approach. Through this theoretical-methodological apparatus, it is observed that information technology, although it contributes significantly to the advancement of science, can affect the processes of construction of subjectivities in the contemporary world with (un)foreseen consequences in the field of communication between human beings in the private and public spheres. It is concluded that, if there are risks in the indiscriminate use of technology, which, guided by algorithms, informs (or creates) the needs of its users, the work of protecting their rights can (and should) be carried out by the State.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoA presente escrita, tangenciando a escrita literária, visa apresentar uma reflexão acerca da sociedade contemporânea, afetada pelos avanços científicos na área tecnológica, priorizando a questão da linguagem. Para a pesquisa, utiliza-se o método fenomenológico, hipotético-dedutivo, com abordagem técnica e bibliográfica. Através desse aparato teórico-metodológico, observa-se que a tecnologia da informação, embora colabore, de forma significativa, para o avanço da ciência, pode afetar os processos de construção das subjetividades no mundo contemporâneo com consequências (im)previstas no âmbito da comunicação entre os seres humanos na esfera privada e na esfera pública. Conclui-se que, havendo riscos no uso indiscriminado da tecnologia, que, pautada por algoritmos, informa (ou cria) as necessidades de seus usuários, o trabalho de resguardo pelos seus direitos pode (e deve) ser realizado pelo Estado.pt_BR
