metadata.dc.description.resumo: Nessa nota, foi abordada a tragédia de Brumadinho, protagonizada pelo Vale em 2019, bem como o que aconteceu com a tragédia de Mariana, em 2015 e o que vem acontecendo em Vitória há mais de 30 anos, como boa justificativa para o retorno ao análise do texto da Constituição Brasileira de 1988 sobre o federalismo como forma de organização do Estado.
Abstract: In this note, the Brumadinho tragedy, starring the Valley in 2019, was addressed, as well as what happened with the Mariana tragedy, in 2015 and what has been happening in Vitória for more than 30 years, as a good justification for return to the analysis of the text of the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 regarding federalism as a form of state organization.
